Our Visitor Information Services offers a wide range of services to visitors and local residents across the Isle of Thanet - Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate.

The range of services include:
• Searching and booking Quality Graded Accommodation for your stay
• Booking your tickets for National Express and Eurolines
• Offering local information on events, attractions, activities, transport
• Selling a range of gifts and souvenirs
• Providing information and booking tickets to local theatres and performance venues
• Book tickets for ferry crossings and coach day trips

Catch the team out at events across the area during the summer with their mobile Visitor Information Centre

Information Kiosk - visit the newly opened Broadstairs Information kiosk providing literature and a 24 hour touch screen kiosk with information about the area. In Ramsgate visit The Custom House that provides literature about the area and has a touch screen kiosk.

Tourist Information Points - across the towns we have 26 blue tourist information points containing posters on events that are taking place in the coming weeks and general information on the area.

Visitor Ambassadors - look out for one of our Ambassadors who are active tourism champions of the area to help you have an excellent experience whilst in the area. They can help with information on places to visit, location of car parks, details of events happening and our beaches.

Key Information Points - at a number of attractions, restaurants, accommodation providers, Ramsgate and Broadstairs harbours and Manston Kent International Airport, we have literature displays of leaflets on the area for you to pick up.

The Drum in Droit House - we are currently exploring methods of using the ‘The Drum' space for supporting the local tourism industry with a training location and as a meeting room. We will shortly be announcing details on the opportunities of this space.
